OUR PROCESS
Select. Steep. Blend.

We begin with the finest ingredients: Taiwan honey black tea leaves, hand-harvested eastern herbs, and a touch of western heat. Each ingredient chosen not by trend, but by purpose.
Blend. Balance. Infuse.

Through careful blending, we bring together eastern tradition and western spice — no shortcuts, no compromise.
Refine. Taste. Rest

The final cup emerges through patient refinement and careful tasting. Each batch is tasted, tested, and rested to achieve perfect balance — a testament to our commitment to a truly fused cup.

We procure the best that Taiwan has to offer

Every steep tells a story

01

Let the aroma rise first

Warm the cup and breathe in the steam. A well-crafted blend is fragrant, bright, and inviting.

02

Let the flavors steep

Let the leaves unfurl fully, releasing the honey black tea, eastern herbs, and a whisper of habanero heat.

03

Let east and west unfold

Notice the journey: the honey-sweet opening, the herbal heart, and the bold habanero finish.
